TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF SERVICES

1. OBJECT :

The present general conditions of sale of services of services regulate the legal relations between Les Bains D’Orient and the customer. If any of the clauses of these general conditions of sale of services were null or void, the other clauses would not be canceled.

2. RÉSERVATION :

Any reservation will be effective upon receipt, within the required time, the payment as a deposit of a guarantee of 30% to 50% of the total amount in Dirhams care reserved.

3. 3. SETTLEMENT OF BALANCE:

The amount corresponding to the payment of the deposit will be deducted from your invoice.

4. PRICING:

Our prices are in net prices, except Packages taken in duet. Each program indicates the services and services included. They are valid for the current year, ie from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019, except modifications during the year due to a change in the rate of VAT.

4.1 SPECIAL OFFERS AND GIFT VOUCHERS:

These offers are applicable subject to availability, not modifiable.

Our Packages services are available as gift vouchers. The client will have to take appointment 15 days in advance.

Treatments valid at SPA les Bains d’Orient purchased as gift vouchers have a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase, these vouchers are not refundable, exchangeable, extendable or compensable.

The gift vouchers are delivered by Mail indicated to the order, within 48 hours. This time is given as an indication.

Exceeding this period may in no case be held against the Seller, nor give rise to a termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. It is the same for the services, care à la carte.

The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products or services sold by the company.

Les Bains d’Orient reserves the right to modify at any time these General Conditions of Services and the Internal Rules.

5. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING 5.1 PRINCIPLES

In case of cancellation of the reservation the Company refunds the Buyer: 100% of the deposit paid until the 3rd day before the booking date 75% of the deposit paid 48 hours before the reservation date

50% of the deposit paid 24 hours before the reservation date

5.2 TERMS OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

To exercise his right of cancellation, the Buyer must notify his decision to cancel his reservation. This notification must be made by mail:

5.3 REIMBURSEMENT FOR RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Following the Purchaser’s request for cancellation of the reservation, the Company, in accordance with the legal provisions, will refund within 30 days of the notification of the cancellation request.

The Company will refund by the same means of payment as used on the day of booking.

Thus, if the Buyer has paid his deposit using a credit card, the Company will proceed to a refund by credit on his credit card or by transfer.

6. MODIFICATIONS

6.1. Changes made by the client

Any modification in relation to the initial booking must be the subject of an email to the following address: [email protected], specifying the new requests, and be followed by an express acceptance, by mail, of Les Bains d ‘East.

For group bookings, any last-minute changes in the number of people or the cancellation of one of the reserved services, the amount of the initial order remains due.

6.1.1. Advice and organization of your care

The indicated care time is the actual care time. It does not include the time of undressing and dressing in the cabin.The client must arrive 20 minutes before the time of the appointment to begin the care at the scheduled time.

6.2. Modifications because of Les Bains d’Orient

Les Bains d’Orient reserve the right to modify the content of the program or certain planned services, if unforeseen or unavoidable events so require. In this case, Les Bains d’Orient will do their best to provide the customer, in replacement, services of equivalent quality.

7. CANCELLATION OR DELAY

When, for reasons beyond the control of the Bains d’Orient, unforeseen events require it, Les Bains d’Orient ensure the reimbursement of sums paid according to the services not provided. On the other hand, any claim to any compensation whatsoever will be excluded.

In case of delay by you, we reserve the right to shorten or cancel the treatment without postponement or refund.

8. LIABILITY

If the client has health problems, it is up to him to consult a doctor before taking care. All information relating to the price, services, administrative or health formalities included in our brochures, are provided for information only and can not constitute a definitive commitment on our part.

9. CLAIMS

Any claim must be addressed to Les Bains d’Orient (214 Arset Aouzal 40030 Marrakech) by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. It must be accompanied by a proof and must be made no later than 15 days after the return of the customer. After this period or in the absence of proof, no claim can be taken into account.

10. ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION

n case of dispute and in the absence of amicable agreement between the parties, any dispute is the responsibility of the Court of Marrakech.
